Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your phone secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Inyeet.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited, unlawful, harassing, or abusive content to anyone.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Import or invite contacts without an appropriate basis for contacting those people.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, such as invitation media and event details. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to the guests you invite, solely to provide the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inyeet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or via our account & data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
