Delete your account & data

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open the Inyeet app and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm when prompted. This immediately and permanently deletes your account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the phone number associated with your account and we will delete it for you.

Send your request to roy@roydigital.in with the subject “Delete my Inyeet account.” Please send it from the email or include the phone number linked to your account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account and phone-number sign-in credentials.
• Events you host, including their details and media.
• Your guest lists and the RSVP records tied to your events.
• Your guest records on other hosts’ events that are matched to your phone number.
• Associated data such as your push-notification token and uploaded invitation and memory media.

Retention window

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification. After deletion, data is removed from our active systems; residual copies in routine encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We may retain the minimum information required to comply with legal obligations.
